Working with Utopia Civil Society we have delivered a one day event for more than 1000 runners at an outstanding location on an outstanding day! The project managed to reach out to a wider audience with the help of national TV and print media!

Leading to the event we have been consulting the partner on the overall event concept development and supported the project with the development and management of volunteer program, creating the show content concept and creation of the running racetrack on site.

Our event solution service also included the management of authorities and stakeholder with overseeing the full permission process, event setup and dismantling, logistics and overall site management.
